Safety concern
Use the in-app report and block tools after launch. During development, email hello@onematch.club with “Safety report” in the subject.
Immediate danger
Call 911 in the United States or Canada. Email cannot provide emergency help.
Privacy request
Email hello@onematch.club with “Privacy request” in the subject. Do not attach a copy of your government ID unless a verified support flow asks for it.
Accessibility
Ask for an alternate format or report a barrier at hello@onematch.club. Include the page, device, browser, and what you were trying to do.
Security report
Read the security reporting guidance before sending a technical report. Never include live member data in an email.
